Memories Memorable
It was a unique day in the history of Vaishnav Schools. It was a day of celebration – a reunion of former Principals and Teachers.
On the 14th of Dec 2009 the Vaishnav Schools conducted a festivity- ‘Memories – Memorable’ the grand ceremonious celebration to recognize the service and honour the former Principals and teachers of the institution.
The function was headed by His Holiness Goswami Sri 108 Drumil Mahoday. The Chief guest for the occasion was Shri. N.Nagaraju, Regional Officer, CBSE, Southern Region. He was joined by a galaxy of dignitaries from the field of education.
This function, the brainchild of our Correspondent Sri. Govind Dasji and an expression of his benevolence was highly commended by all and acclaimed as ‘a rare phenomenon’.
Guruji in his benediction appreciated the efforts of the school in promoting spiritual and cultural values to the children along with academics. He also added that good thoughts when come to action inspire others. Sri Nagaraju the chief guest in his address stated that hardwork is the key to success. He also appreciated the noble idea of Correspondent and praised him for upkeeping the culture.
The former Principals and Teachers were honoured by Guruji with blessings, shawl and mementos. A booklet commemorating the occasion was also released.
The guests who were enthralled by the exquisite cultural program were also served with a sumptuous feast.
